Cosmos security review
Cosmos is an ecosystem of sovereign chains built with the Cosmos SDK and connected by IBC. Hackerbane audits SDK modules, CosmWasm smart contracts, and the IBC packet paths that can create or move value between chains.
What we review
IBC is a well-specified bridge with a long history of “we trusted that packet.” CosmWasm entry points are their own surface, and a custom SDK module that mints is protocol-level review. We cover each with the depth it requires.
- CosmWasm instantiate, execute, and migrate entry points.
- IBC middleware and the denoms created when a packet lands.
- Custom modules that move bank balances.
- Services that sign with the admin or relayer key.
IBC coverage
Any packet that can mint is in scope by default. If another firm has already reviewed your IBC integration, we build on that report and focus on your middleware and custom modules.
