Privacy
The request form collects what we need to scope. We do not sell that data. On v1 there is no third-party marketing pixel.
What we collect
This site has one form, the scoping request. We get the fields you fill in. We do not get fields you left empty:
- Name, email, and organization. We need those to reply.
- Which surfaces are in play, your stack, what ships and when, and what must stay private. That is what we scope from.
- An optional link, and an optional note on how you heard of us.
- When the request arrived and the network address it came from. We use those only to rate-limit the form.
We do not set cookies when you read pages. Fonts come from this site, not a font host. There is no analytics script, no session recording, and no advertising tag.
How long we keep a request
A request is an email to us. It is not a marketing-list signup. We keep that mail for 24 months, or we delete it sooner if you ask. If the request becomes an engagement, the engagement agreement takes over from then on.
Third parties
Request mail goes through a transactional email provider so it can be delivered. The site is hosted by a provider that keeps ordinary server logs. Neither of them gets your data for anything else.
We do not share, sell, or enrich request data.
